We can’t fight hate with hate. We must fight hate with love. Those were the words of a Canadian Muslim that I heard today, in response to the horrific terrorist attack against worshipping Muslims in New Zealand. I join with others who lovingly embrace those whose safety and security has been shaken by this violence. We must be vigilant to defend people of all faiths and persuasions from hate, and actively create peaceful and inclusive communities throughout the world.
